🚚 Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• You’ll receive an order confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message as soon as your order is placed.

• Once shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your order in real-time.

⏳ Delivery Timeline

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Non-Metro & Rural Areas: 5–8 business days
  (Note: Delivery times may vary slightly based on pincode and courier partner performance.)

📦 Shipping Charges

• FREE Shipping on all prepaid and COD orders.

📍 Service Coverage

We ship across all serviceable pin codes in India through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, and India Post.

(International shipping is currently not available.)

❗ Shipping Delays

In rare cases (strikes, natural disasters, public holidays, or lockdowns), there might be a delay. We’ll keep you informed via email or WhatsApp in such situations.

🛑 Undelivered Orders / RTO

• If a COD order is refused or undelivered due to incorrect address/contact, future COD orders may be restricted for that customer.

• For prepaid orders returned due to failed delivery attempts, we will initiate a refund (excluding shipping charges) once the parcel returns to us.

📦 Packaging Assurance

We ensure all orders are securely packed to prevent any damage during transit. If you receive a tampered or open package, please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately.
